Filter Management – Always quickly accessing the desired information*

 

Description

In the Siemens Industry Online Support you use “Filters" to restrict the offered information to those parts that are relevant to you. For different emphases (topics, configurations, products, ...) you can set different "Filter". To avoid having to reset them over and over again, you have the option to save, organize and use your filter settings in “mySupport” at any time.

Function

In Online Support you can work with "Filters" in the Product Support area and in the forum. There you have the option of saving your filter settings and downloading them again on demand. In "mySupport" you can create individual folders for the "Filter", name your "Filter" and comment on them in notes. At the same time, a "filter" is the basis for the "Notifications". You are, for example, informed by email if a new entry matching your filter settings has been released.

The filter management gives you the option to restrict the content of Online Support flexibly and precisely to several key areas that are relevant to you.
