Viewed entries– Returning quickly to the individual entries*



If you have logged in at Siemens Industry Online Support, all entries from Product Support, Forum and Services, which you have viewed, are noted and displayed in “Viewed entries”. This list takes you quickly and directly back to the previously viewed entries. The number of entries noted this way is limited. You can therefore delete viewed entries directly in “mySupport” or transfer them to your “Favorites”.


If you are logged in to Online Support, all entries that you have read in Online Support within the course of your research are displayed in a list. You can view the list directly in "mySupport" cockpit or in "mySupport" in "Viewed entries". You can call the entries directly from there or add them to "Favorites".


This gives you a fast and convenient function to display and manage the course of your research in Industry Online Support.
