Notifications – Always up to date*



You can set "Filters" or specifically select entries as “Favorites” in Industry Online Support for various individual focuses (z. B. topics, configurations, products, …). You can get a message from Online Support, e.g. via email, so that you don’t always have to check whether there are any news or changes to these focuses.


You can mark your most important topics with "Filters" and "Favorites" in Industry Online Support.
In addition, you can enable "Notifications" and get information if there are any changes to these topics. You receive these "Notifications" as email or as "Personal Message" in "mySupport". In addition, you can freely configure what "Notifications" you would like to summarize.


With "Notifications" you can compile your individual newsletter. This means you are always up to date if there is any news regarding your focuses.
