How do you submit a technical COMOS query via the Support Center?
In the following we describe the procedure for this.
Open the Support Center: https://www.plm.automation.siemens.com/global/en/support/.
- Click the "Take me there" button.
The "WebKey Login" interface opens.
Enter your login data and then click the "Log In" button.
If you have not yet set up a WebKey access, then proceed as described in Entry109474953.
The "Support Center" page opens.
- Click on "Cases".
- Click on "Open New Support Case".
- A search mask opens. Fill out the mask and click on "Search for Solution" to find a solution to your problem in the online help.
- If you cannot find a solution to your problem, click "Let's open a Support Case".
- Enter all relevant data for your request here.

- Click on "Open this Support Case" to create the ticket.
