How do you achieve Shared Device with CPU S7-400F and SINAMICS S120 in the TIA Portal with SIMATIC Safety V13 SP1 and higher?
With Shared Device different controllers access one IO device and share the (sub)modules of the IO device. With STEP 7 Safety Advanced V13 SP1 and higher access can also be made to a SINAMICS with drive-based safety.
By using a Standard CPU and an F-CPU from S7-400 and a SINAMICS S120 drive you can run Shared Device with SIMATIC Safety V13 SP1 (see figure below):
