  • Entry
  • Associated product(s)
Effective December 1st, 2016, the "old" series AS-I SlimLine modules will be marked as discontinued.

In the course of the phase-out, the following notice will be printed on all order confirmations, delivery notes, and invoices:

DISCONTINUED PRODUCT !!!
FOR MORE INFORMATION, PLEASE CONTACT OUR SALES DEPARTMENT

As successor products the new AS-Interface IP20 modules SlimLine Compact are available. These devices offer more functionality and impress with a very small design.

As spare parts for existing plants the old SlimLine modules are still available. Because of technical innovation (e.g. A/B-slaves) the new SlimLine Compact modules do not always correspond 1:1 to the predecessors concerning mechanical dimensions and electrical characteristics. In the attached pdf file you will find the successor type of the phased out SlimLine modules S22.5, S22.5F and S45. There you will find also remarks concerning the compatibility.
