How do you migrate an AccessDB of the Plant Automation Accelerator (PAA) or COMOS to an SQL server?
The Plant Automation Accelerator (PAA) and COMOS can be operated with both an Access database and an SQL database. An Access database is suitable for testing and demonstration purposes. However, the size of the Access database is limited so an SQL database should be used for productive operations.
For successful migration you first have to connect PAA or COMOS to an SQL server. Step-by-step instructions for this are available in the following FAQ response: 109751359.
