Delivery Release New 32-channel components for SIMATIC ET 200SP HA

The new 32-channel periphery modules for digital inputs and outputs complement the product range of the ET 200SP HA. The functionality has been reduced in some points, such as I/O redundancy, in favor of better pricing. The new 32-channel modules are used in conjunction with new, double-width terminal blocks.

1. DI 32X24VDC with TERMINAL BLOCK TYPE P0

The 32-channel DI periphery module is used in conjunction with the terminal block type P0.
The terminal block P0 has 32 clamps on the right side for 24 V field device supply, secured
with 20 mA per channel. There is a light and a dark variant for setting up Powerbus load groups.

The 32-channel periphery module can optionally also be plugged into a 24 V standard terminal block (type H1).
The supply of the field devices must then be ensured specifically for each project, e.g. via fuse clamps in the control cabinet.

 2. ET 200SP HA, DQ 32X24VDC/0,5A with TERMINAL BLOCK TYPE N0

The 32-channel DQ periphery module is used in conjunction with the terminal block type N0.
The terminal block N0 has 32 terminals on the right side as ground for the field device supply.
There is a light and a dark variant for setting up Powerbus load groups.

The 32-channel periphery module can optionally also be plugged into a 24 V standard terminal block (type H1).
The ground connection must then be project-specific, e.g. via ground terminals in the cabinet.

If additional ground points are required in the station (e.g. to connect the ground lines of a 4-wire transmitter),
the M-distributor terminal block (N0) can also be used instead of a 24 V standard terminal block (H1).

The documentation of the SIMATIC ET 200SP HA has a modular structure and consists of several documents.
They contain instructions and reference information. In addition, functions are introduced to you independently of the product.
