  • Entry
  • Associated product(s)
The 3LD switch disconnector portfolio is going to be expanded by the new 3LD2 enclosed repair and maintenance switches with EMC plate. The switches are perfectly suitable to be used between frequency converter and motor.

The disconnectors are available in 3-pole (16 A - 125 A) and 6-pole (25 A - 63 A) versions. The cable shield can be easily connected to the integrated EMC shield plate.

In addition, the product line is equipped with a new, leading auxiliary switch (20 - 150 ms). By connecting the leading NO contact, the frequency converter is shut down before the main contacts of the switch open. This creates an AC20 status.

Each switch also contains an isolated PE clamp ex works.

Highlights:
  • Switch specially designed and tested for use with frequency converters
  • Type-tested combination of SINAMICS frequency converters and 3LD2
  • Isolated PE from cable shield
  • Padlockable in OFF and ON
  • Min. leading aux. switch of 20 ms - 150 ms which shuts down frequency converter

The maintenance and repair switch 3LD2 with EMC shielding plate is used in machine tools and processing machines in mechanical and conveyor plant engineering, in the chemical or the food and beverage industry.
