SINAMICS S210: Why are different motor data shown for my 1FK2 / 1FT2 / 1FS2 motor than in data sheet of the motor and in the catalog

  • Entry

The operating parameters of the motor that are used for control are stored on the electronic nameplate and are independent of the rated data in the motor data sheet and in the catalog.

SIMOTICS S-1FK2, 1FT2 and 1FS2 servomotors are suitable for converter operation on different line voltages. This results in different rated speeds for the same motor depending on the converter line voltage.

In the data sheet of the motor and in the catalog, a rated torque, a rated current and a rated power are shown for the rated speed.

It can happen that the rated data displayed in Startdrive or in the web server do not match the mains voltage actual connected. However, since the rated data are not used for operation (rather the operating parameters of the motor from the electronic nameplate), this is simply an incorrect display.
