How do you create a hard copy printout if it cannot be printed directly?
If the hard copy cannot be printed directly, the hard copy can also be printed via a report.
|1||Create a new layout in the Report Designer.
To do this open the Report Designer in the WinCC Explorer and double-click on "Layout".
|2||Insert the "Hard copy" object from the range of "Dynamic objects" into your layout.
|3||Insert the area selection in the properties for the hard copy object in the "Connect" tab.
|4||If you wish to print the full screen, select "Hardcopy of the entire screen (0)".
|5||Save your layout.|
|6||Create a new print job under "Report Designer > Print jobs" or use one of the print jobs specified there.|
|7||Open this print job and select the layout which you have created.
|8||You can now also use the print job which you have created to print a hard copy.|
In order to execute the print job, insert the following C function into your C script or attach it to a button.
RPTJobPrint("print job name");
