The standard package SIMOTION Winder is providing applications for un- and rewinders, e.g. for converting machines, film equipment, printing machines, coating systems, spooling systems or textile machinery. Features: Diameter calculation, dancer-roll or load-cell tension control, indirect tension control, taper tension, torque pre-control.

In many technological processes, winders are an integral component of the overall system. The standard application SIMOTION Winder has been designed to cover many of the known winder applications with a single configuration.

The open standard application allows to use winders and unwinders on the system platform SIMOTION for the most diverse applications performed, for example, on film lines, printing machines, coating units and coils for wire-drawing machines or textile machines. Depending on the relevant process and wound material, you can choose between different winding methods.
