IP 262, Revision Level 3 - Reading of Binary Inputs

In isolated cases the binary inputs of the IP 262 closed-loop               

control module are being read wrongly.                                      




1. If you do not use the binary inputs with your application:               

   Set the data words for the binary inputs (DW 48 to DW 51 in              

   DB 15) to "0".                                                           


2. If you require the binary inputs for your application:                   

   Please speak to your SIMATIC contact at your local Siemens               

   office about correcting the firmware.
