New Universal Terminal Modules for ET 200S

New universal terminal modules are now available for the ET 200S distri-    

buted I/O system. They can be used for all 15 mm wide I/O modules and per-  

mit direct connection of 3-wire sensors and actuators to 4-channel digital  

I/O modules.                                                                

                                                                            

Universal terminal module TM-E15S26-A1 with screw terminals:                

 - Order no.: 6ES7 193-4CA40-0AA0                                           

 - Package quantity: 5 pieces                                               

 - 2x6 screw terminals                                                      

 - 12 terminals in total, of which 4 are on the AUX1 rail (bridged          

   internally)                                                              

                                                                            

Universal terminal module TM-E15C26-A1 with spring-loaded terminals:        

 - Order no.: 6ES7 193-4CA50-0AA0                                           

 - Package quantity: 5 pieces                                               

 - 2x6 spring-loaded terminals                                              

 - 12 terminals in total, of which 4 are on the AUX1 rail (bridged

The upper 2x4 terminals numbered 1 to 8 have the same function/assignment   

as those of the TM-E15S24-01 and TM-E15S24-01.                              

There are 4 additional terminals which are connected to the internal        

AUX1 rail. These terminals are labeled A3, A4, A7 and A8.                   

                                                                            

The terminal assignment for the new 4-channel digital input modules is

Terminal 1: signal DI1                                                      

Terminal 2: signal DI3                                                      

Terminal 3: +24 V DC                                                        

Terminal 4: +24 V DC                                                        

Terminal 5: signal DI2                                                      

Terminal 6: signal DI4                                                      

Terminal 7: +24 V DC                                                        

Terminal 8: +24 V DC                                                        

Terminal A3: Corresponds to voltage on AUX1 (e.g. earth for 3-wire sensors) 

Terminal A4: Corresponds to voltage on AUX1 (e.g. earth for 3-wire sensors) 

Terminal A7: Corresponds to voltage on AUX1 (e.g. earth for 3-wire sensors) 

Terminal A8: Corresponds to voltage on AUX1 (e.g. earth for 3-wire sensors)
