In WinCC Runtime Professional V11 and higher, how do you export the process values displayed in an f(t) trend display as a CSV file?

  • Entry
  • Associated product(s)

The f(t) trend display permits you to export as a CSV file the trends shown in the control at runtime for the time slot shown there. In order to be able to use this option you must first make a few settings on the control.

Follow the instructions for configuring the data export of an f(t) trend display in the path below:
Visualizing processes > Working with tags > Displaying tags > Displaying tags with Runtime Professional (RT Professional) > Output tag values in table form (RT Professional) > Configure export of Runtime data (RT Professional)

Use the script below to trigger export of the data also outside the f(t) trend display:

Export_VBS.txt ( 121 bytes )

Export_C.txt ( 155 bytes )

You must disable the "Show dialog:" option under "Data export" in the Properties of the f(t) trend display in order to prevent the "Data export" dialog being displayed when exporting data.
