This FAQ contain the statements for reduction the voltage and current depend on the sea level.

QUESTION:
What reductions must be observed for command devices 3SB1 / 3SB2 / 3SB3 / 3SU1 and position switches 3SE2 / 3SE3 / 3SE5 when installed at altitudes of between 2000 and 5000 m above sea level?

ANSWER:

When the command devices 3SB1 / 3SB2 / 3SB3 / 3SU1 and position switches 3SE2 / 3SE3 / 3SE5 are installed at altitudes of more than 2000 m* above sea level, the following restrictions apply:
-----
Installation altitude up to 2500 m above sea level:
- Reduction of rated insulation voltage to 0.93 x Ui
- Reduction of current load to 0.93 x le
-----
Installation altitude up to 3000 m above sea level:
- Reduction of rated insulation voltage to 0.88 x Ui
- Reduction of current load to 0.88 x le
-----
Installation altitude up to 4000 m above sea level:
- Reduction of rated insulation voltage to 0.79 x Ui
- Reduction of current load to 0.78 x le
-----
Installation altitude up to 5000 m above sea level:
- Reduction of rated insulation voltage to 0.7 x Ui
- Reduction of current load to 0.7 x le
-----

These specifications relate to a maximum ambient temperature of 40 °C.
* According to DIN EN60947-1, 6.1.2 altitude:
The altitude of the installation location must not exceed 2000 m above NN.

Note
For plants at higher altitudes, the reduced insulation strength and the reduced cooling effect of the air must be taken into consideration. For electrical devices that are to operate under such conditions, the design and application must be agreed between manufacturer and user.
