    The SINUMERIK Remote Service is an add-on for local service contract for SINUMERIK 828D/840D control systems and offers further reduction of downtime as well as an increase of the First Time Fix Rate.

    The service includes remote fault analysis and support for troubleshooting on a Siemens SINUMERIK control system by remote experts from Siemens AG.
