    Lifecycle Management Suite

    IT-based lifecycle management optimizes the maintenance of your process automation systems

    The Lifecycle Management Suite optimizes the planning, execution and documentation of all service activities for plant maintenance.

    Based on COMOS MRO, the preconfigured cloud-based system provides Standard Operation Procedures (SOP) in the form of checklist items for lifecycle services associated with SIMATIC PCS 7 system components and Process Instrumentation devices.

    These service standards, as well as the integration of system status information, represent the key added value offered by the Lifecycle Management Suite.


    All scheduled and performed service activities are stored in the system, ensuring consistent data retention. The use of COMOS MRO functions enables efficient service processes, such as:

    • On-site availability of stored maintenance information on mobile devices
    • Feedback on all maintenance activities carried out
    • Continuous process improvement through analysis of maintenance histories, system statistics, etc.
