Our cpuCPU 414-5 H PN/DP(6ES7 414-5HM06-0AB0) and IM et200sp(6ES7 155-6AUO1-OCN0)module With few F_IO modules F_DI(6ES7 136-6BA00-OCA0) F_FO(6ES7 136-6DC00-OCA0) F_AI(6ES7 136-6AA00-OCA1) When I downloaded the HW configuration, IM and F modules showed error LED and Red light was blinking. We got Source address(F_Source_Add) not valid and Parameter error message. We did not downloaded any safety blocks. We could not find F parameter in the CPU properties sothat we could assign profisafe address only found H Parameter. F_Source_Add is fixed in the f modules, we could not change the value. mopS04 Posts: 5521 Rating: (1058)	hi, you need to assign the ProfiSafeAddress to the modules. Right-Click on the module and choose "assign Profisafe address..." When the modules are projected via GSD-file you need the F config tool, that can be downloaded here: SIMATIC S7-Fail-safe Configuration Tool (S7-FCT) hope this helps, regards,
