Hello!

The error message "The firmware file was not accepted by the module." is displayed in case the IM-F device refuses to accept the FW for any reason, e.g. the FW update file is corrupt or does not contain the proper FW signature.

There are several ways of the FW update process which works ... direct connection between PN and the device, use the Online Access Communication over PLC, which is on the Stop mode, use the Online Access Communication over PLC, which is on the Stop mode.

I also recommend you to download the FW file again but with the antivirus/firewall disabled, in case the PC itself is corrupting the file.
