analog output card has redundance with order code:6ES7332-5HF00-0AB0

The output of the card is current 

The outputs are as follows:

0%= 2ma

25%=7ma

50%=12ma

75%=17 ma

100%=22ma

Where is the problem?

1. Please check wiring according to insruction in module datasheet

SIMATIC S7-300 S7-300 Module data

2. Please check scaling FC you are using and ensure that 100% is equivalent to 27648 @AO address & 0% is equivalent to 0 @ AO address.

1-wiring is according to instruction

2- unscale function is used in the program. but card is redundance and 100%=27648 and 0%=0.

Isn't this the case in analog output cards that are redundant, the output is halved between the two cards, i.e. 100%=13824 and 0%=0 ?

And one more point, the cards are in pip 1 and function in ob 35

but still 0%= 2ma and 100%=22 ma

Did you checked that the following blocks were configured and downloaded to CPU?

● FC 450 "RED_INIT": Initialization function

● FC 451 "RED_DEPA": Initiate depassivation

● FB 450 "RED_IN": Function block for reading redundant inputs

● FB 451 "RED_OUT": Function block for controlling redundant outputs

● FB 452 "RED_DIAG": Function block for diagnostics of redundant I/O

● FB 453 "RED_STATUS": Function block for redundancy status information
