If usb devices are plugged in before the drivers are available, windows often starts to install anyway. After that the right drivers are no longer used (when installed). Therefore I suggest to deinstall devices which are listed, but have no drivers. Install the driver (or check) and than reinsert the usb device. Sometimes it helps to use different usb port. This helps if windows reinstalls the driver for that usb port or if the port itself has different usb specs (usb 1.1, 2.0, 3.0 or higher) Also check on notebooks whether the usb port does have the needed power. Sometimes usb ports do not deliver the 500mA.

same happened with me before due to I was using China Simatic PC USB adapter.

all are ok setting, installation and every thing but dose n't work.

even it's connected, but some times the connection lost during online connection.

finally try with another Adapter.

That description sounds funny. Similar PLC to Siemens ... we use microwin?!?

I am having a coms problem with my adapter. All lights on adapter are green but i cant connect to my plc. The message i get is with pg/interface selected communication not possible. 

6GK1571-0BA00-0AA0 the adapter i am using. The software is Step7 V5.5.

The adapter was working fine when we had windows XP but now we have a new PC with windows 10.

Sorry don't have pictures at the moment will take a few and add them.

I tried all the PC adapter pg/interface settings the auto,mpi,profibus none works.

When i try the auto detect it also doesnt work i believe it wqs posted at the begin of the thread but none answered.
