Hi expert,

   We are using 317-2DP CPU. It's connect with 

1. 4 nos IM MODULE 

2. 4 nos drive 

3.5 nos Rexroth RFID(ID-40 SLK) Reader.

All are connected in profibus communication.

  Nature of issue when any one of the l RFID loosened due to working environment CPU goes to stop mode SF and BF fault is present. That time try to troubleshooting in H/W configuration online monitoring which node is disturbing that time show all node not ok. Once all RFID retightness done CPU goes to run mode and all node OK in H/W online monitoring.

      After that we check negative validation 4nos IM module and 4 nos drive any one of the profibus terminal resistor force on CPU goes stop mode and H/W online monitoring before all fault node show OK, after fault node not ok. It's working fine. 

    Then any one of the Rexroth RFID force disconnect that time CPU goes to stop mode.H/W online monitoring show all node and CPU also not ok.

       Issue only in Rexroth RFID(ID-40 SLK) addressed but how to solve that issue, particularly which one RFID exactly identify in H/W online monitoring.

    Pls readout my first post. Try to understand the issue.Rexroth RFID disturb condition only cpu goes to stop mode. 

   This siemens forum is knowledge sharing platform.i think did you know.  You don't have the solution no problem. But don't ignoring my question and doubt. I have the issue so raise the questions in forum.

 The diagnostics txt you attached, only contains 10 messages of read/write access not possible, nothing else.What is the plc stop reason in the diagnostics buffer?
