I put P0607=1 P0612=0 Terminal 65.x (controller enable, axis-specific)=ON (Din5) Terminal 663 (pulse enable, board-specific)=ON (Din6) Terminal 63 (pulse enable, drive group-specific)=ON Terminal 64 (Controller enable, drive group-specific)=ON Terminal 48 (Contactor control)=ON Ramp-function generator=ON with I3.A (set in SimoComU) for Din4 of start-up box Ain of start-up box=ON but the motor A does not move! What's wrong? Best regards.

Dave Posts: 271 Rating: (29)	Hello Abcplc, Attached is a sketch of the commissioning box and connections. I suppose you are using SimoCom U to commission the drive. If you have selected speed/torque operating mode, the values for P-607 and P-612 are automatically set for you; however, you didn't mention the mode you have the controller set for and you don't mention that you have any faults. I suggest that you click on the "Operator control" tab on the menu of SimoCom U and click on setting up operation. There you can use the built-in battery box function to test the drive. Does it work there??? If not, it will never work with the commissioning box. Now you'll have proved to yourselfthat the drive is functional within SimoCom U. Now you'll have to check your wiring of the box to the drive. Also, hopefully your infeed module when fully operational has no green LEDs lit and only the yellow LED on. Hope this helps...
