Do you mean the telegram-bot for python? If so I was able to install it on the Examle Image V3.1.1 with pip3 install python-telegram-bot Best regards!

Don't lose patience on the IOT2040, it takes about 1,5 or 2h. Haven't checked the functionality, but they appear after installing and can be deployed. Best regards!
