You can try to refresh the page or restart the IOT2040. For your second screenshot: Which Example Image version are you using? This can be checked with cat /etc/os-release or if you use an older image there is another file in /etc, I can't recall the name by heart, but something with imageversion. Best regards!

binh090 Posts: 9 Rating: (0)	Hi sir, Thank for your helping, For second case, I used Example_Image_V3.1 before, and then, I used file V2.6. But I have an error that both files are not working when download IP node-red on the browser. I'm not sure it has strife each other or not. And I see it has use WinSCP to find file, but it has guide detail. I'm also trying to seek many information or document about it to guide to me, but it hard to know and do that, I'm quite puzzled,I hope you to help for that.

Sorry, but I still did not get your problem... From what I can see in your screenhots is that you can access node-red via browser. Is the problem now that it freezes at Loading Palletes? Or anything else? Best regards!

When it is started, usually it does not appear in top. You can check whether the process is running with ps -aux \| grep node Please send a screenshot of the output. Best regards!
