SIMOTICS S-1FK7 servo geared motors (1FK7+Stoeber gearbox) are replaced by SIMOTICS S-1FG1 servo geared motors. The two series have different mechanical and electrical data, so that a 1:1 transcoding is not possible! Differences are at the dimensions, shafts, ratio for example.  As a consequence, it is always necessary to reconfigure the units using SIZER, Tia Selection Tool (Desktop version) as a result of the different frame sizes and mounting dimensions – or other dimensioning-related factors.
