You have ONE Infeed module far right side one , which supply control voltages and also DC 600V,and 2 Monitor Modules, which only relay the control voltage. --most important is Infeed, you need make sure it is good. See my picture attached. doing like this,: disconnect Infeed module from other, (disconnect flat cable). find 2 spare terminal blocks ( If no, you need use original blocks but take picture remember original wires #), on the 2 blocks making jumper like my picture maked RED wires.

Don't insert blocks, power up the machine , you should see Green LED on, then insert the block wirh wire # 63-9, 64-9, you will see Green LED off, then you insert Block with #9-48-112, this time the yellow Led should be on, and you will have DC600V. , notes 2 iwres block NS1-NS2 should be insert.
