I'm currently doing a project in 15.1 using a TP1500 comfort and I'm trying to find out how to record any user logins/outs to a log file.  

I know i can display a user change to an alarm view, as per:

Ultimately i'm wanting a log file along the lines of...

User X logged in at date/time

User X logged out at date/time

User Z logged in at date/time

etc...

Is it possible?  If so, whats the method?

Ahh, i'm hoping there's a way to do it without WinCC Audit.  It wasn't included in the project budget so trying not to incur extra expense.

I don't need to know what a user was doing, just which user logged in/out and when.

You can use scheduled task on user change. Then get the time which ever way you like and log to file. 

In attached picture i get time inside script WriteUserLogins and write those to a file.

After setting using the scheduled task and user change, I ended just setting up a log file and logging all system events as time was against me.

I'd hoped to have only the login info in the log but i got what i needed in the end and that was a log file with all user logins/logouts.
