I have an issue with S210 drives (6SL3210-5HE10-8UF0) and Siemens servos 1FK2203-4AK1-0MA0, some of them are loosing absolute position after a power off (not always) of the main cabinet. For example I have a rotating drive that is at 180º position and after a switch off encoder says that it is at 162º but really it is still at 180º (the motor has not moved). Same for another linear axis that says its at 127.5 mm when it is at 132mm position. The question here is that this 4.5mm less or this 18º less is exactly one encoder revolution of the motor and i found this strange.

I’m doing the homing mode 7 and I checked the siemens help and all of the steps regarding power on of the drive are followed correctly, also I have compared with another drives that are working correctly and the software is equal.

Could you bring me some support about this question?
