I have issue for TP1200 HMI.

I programming PLC program in TIA prtal and HMI TP1200 also.

It was no problem. But recetly turn off whole machine in plant.

And HMI have some problem when turn on again.

You can see attached photo. (1)

Now HMI do not displayed data value. (####)

But all button is working. And communication also no issue.

So i try to download to HMI.  But it is not working. (2)

So i do not understand he is doing like this, and want to know solution.

Have you tried factory resetting the panel and reloading the project?

Was the HMI in a critical process when the shutdown/power off occurred? If the panel was in an "OS Update" or "Reset to factory settings" process, then it is possible that it has been damaged.

What exactly do you mean when you say that it's not possible to reset the panel to factory settings now? Is it not possible to communicate the HMI with ProSave? Is the device stuck at one point?

No. HMI is working. And as far as i know , communication is possible in TIA. 

But i don't know it is possible programming or not. 

If your right(it has been damaged.),  How to fixed???
