it ***seems*** that some files are corrupted into the CF card.

So a possible solution is :

1) Delete all files into the CF (do not format it !)

2) Run a chkdsk <UNIT> /f /r

3) Copy again firmware inside

4) Insert CF into Simotion, go online and redownload.

Note : After running the chkdsk take note if there are damaged sectors. If yes, then keep under control your CF. Once the damaged sectors start appearing, you can correct them, but they can appear again. In that case a new CF will solve the issues.

PLEASE: IF you delete all the CF content, be careful to copy the KEYS folder. After you put back firmware, you will manually copy that KEYS folder from your PC to the CF. That folder contains the licences that are connected to serial number of CF.
