The last type of panel I used was the OP7. Now I have a project utilising the S7-1200 and KTP600. It is learn as you go. I am looking for project examples that will work under . Step 7 Basic V11.0 SP1 . WinCC Basic V11.0 SP1 Please let me know if there are any self-help tutorials out there. Thank you. - William B.

(which requires STEP 7 Professional v11 & atleast WinCC Comfort v11) So if you have only STEP 7 Basic v11 and WinCC Basic v11 it's not gonna be helpful. But still you can have the this Getting Started manual with Sample Project. It may be helpful

Where were you with that suggestion when I started my quest for understanding TIA? Thank you very much. This is a good step-by-step for the TIA in general. Too bad there is not one for BASIC version. There is a lot to learn from the linked PDF. I have already stored it for future use on S7-300/400. Thanks guys! - William

Here you have an Getting Started of what you look for (STEP 7 / WinCC Basic) but this is the old one now.
