master drive Fault F026

faizan siemens Posts: 2 Rating: (0)	Dear all I have a master drive 6SE7023-0FD61-Z.the problem is when I give run command drive gives fault F026. I check input DC link voltage supply is working properly. And I check motor to other drive motor is working properly. Also I replace IGBT module to new one and check all fuses & resistance all components is ok The CUVC card is working perfectly to other drive. Plz gives me a suggestion is there hardware fault or programming...?
