Sir I have my dell latitude window 10 pro I am try to communicate drive monitor v5_5_sp2 with this simovert vc inverter.  6SE7041-2UL60    41-2U.6 usb cable with dB 9 cable but not communicate please can you what we will change parameter.

but my 2nd laptop hp window 7pro easily communicate. Can tell what’s problem
