Does the IOT2050 already contains an internal 3g / 4g modem?

Hello Bergmanu, I have a first question on the IOT2050: In the manual it indicates the presence of a slot for a nano sim card: Does this mean that the iot2050 already contains an internal 3g / 4g modem?
