Hi all, I've been testing and validating the software enclosed for two mixing valves used in one space heating system. The two valves are for high and low temperature heating system, but are the same. The software target is to keep a constant temperature in the output way ofmixing valve regardless ofthe two inputwaysvalve perturbations. This is called regulation, and here is nothing new. The good one is that the software works very good when it drives the heating system. This is due to proportional regulation: the more theperturbation, the more the amount ofregulation. It converges so fine to Set Point. So maybe: someone could use it someone could suggest me some idea to improve or simplify it Thanks Paolo Attachmentmixing valve.zip (2424 Downloads) |

Hi, first - the circuit does not working, because the AND-blocks have unconnected inverted input pins. The invertion must be deleted form all 4 AND-blocks - then the circuit works! The outputs can direct changed: Q1 goes OFF and Q2 goes ON - that should not possible in real machines, because they can damage in that case!!! Perhaps somebody wont to have a look to an alternative solution - it is inside a circuit for a heatcontroller for a buildung: "Konzept + Schaltung einer Mischeransteuerung (3-Punkt-Regelung)" Iam working at a "3-Point-stepper-controller" with P- and D-properties to reduce the difference between the actual- and the wanted-value (witch can be some time) AND to have only a smal number of activations of the output relais!!! Best regards Betel |
