I'm having the same issues, I have the server running fine on my local PC and can access the project via chrome fine, the issue is accessing it through the network on another PC or Android device. Are there any guides or info on setting up a DNS server if that's what's needed? 

I also can't access the user management and don't know if it's a related issue. I get this error:
