Can activate the OFF3 for emergency stop?

I mean Take up reel rotation too more fast in this case. No any alarm and no stop. here I just want to ask suppose I make a wire break signal when this joint will be brokered and it will be activated that wire break happen through PLC input can I activate the OFF3 for emergency stop. Motor don't have any brake unit. please could you help me in this issue. So in case of a web/wire break, the speed controller would only speed up by the offset and not to overspeed. Additional, when the feedback "speed controller output limited" goes to false, you know, that a wire break occured and disable the diameter calculation. More details can be found by searching for "winder" and applications manuals at this page. If you make an OFF3 without braking chopper or regenerative infeed, the winder could only brake at the VDC maximum voltage limit and may take a very long time for stop, but it should work (VDC max control should be activated to prevent from DC link over voltage fault) and at least it will not accelerate anymore.
