Hi, I have a problem with downloading project to FM458 module. I have two FM458 moduls on the same rack that are used for axial and vertical positioning of the machine. Current version in which the project is made is CFC v7.0. Program for both FM moduls is in one project and I am able to go online with both. I am also able o change online blocks and interconnections but when I want to download the project to module I get next error that I will explane below. Explanation of the problem: During downloading the program to FM there is an error message as shown in picture "GHC2B_STR_FM458_DownloadErrorMsg" with the description "The communication link accesses the wrong module or the program is not yet compiled". After pressing "Close" on this error message box next option is coming and it says "This plan does not belong to the module CFC is connected to, or the configured communication link via MPI could not be established. Execute the desired function anyway?" as shown on picture "GHC2B_STR_FM458_DownloadErrorMsg2". Before downloading program was succesfuly compiled. Compilation logs are shown on picture "GHC2B_STR_FM458_DownloadErrorMsg3" and on picture "GHC2B_STR_FM458_DownloadErrorMsg4". Communication link should be OK because I can normaly go online with the project, for both FM moduls. Is this normal and to download should I press Yes in the option shown on picture "GHC2B_STR_FM458_DownloadErrorMsg2" or there is some strange behavior in the FM module? I dont understand why this error message is coming and before I try to press "Yes" I would like to be shure what I am doing. Thank You all in advance. Hello. All messages that you got are normal. You must press "yes" for that message, this is described here: Checkbox "Initial load" while downloading a D7-SYS program. The only thing I see is high CPU load (113%), you should check the real utilization online using PSL block.
