Can you advise us something how to overcome this ıssue?

Hello,

Error 039 means - Error during power section identification. If the alarm has displayed while machine is in running condition from quite long time, then control module might be faulty. Try by replacing it.

If the alarm has displayed during commissioning or service job, please check P1106 for correct value of parameter.

Refer attached sheet for detail fault description & follow this link  chapter 7.0 for complete fault code list of 611 simodrives.  

 This error happen when you replaced some thing? drive power section changed or you make new set up? let me know your story. 

error list can be found in SIMO COM U software OR CHECK ,download 611U manual , you will get all error list.

thank your considerable suggestions. All of them are very useful for me.

The problem we face in Sımodrive occured suddenly when normal working.

After checking the sensor,cables,contacts..etc. we found that encoder cable 

make the fault that is very different idea we estimated firstly.

It's good to know your settled the  issue. But it is very strange--encoder cable will cause Error 504: Measuring circuit error, motor measuring system.

A039 is sure for module identification

I make many test for drive and motor by 611U control and using SIMO COM U. when I insert 611 U card from one drive module into another one it will showing A039 on small display and on SIMO COM U screen .

if the later module different from the one I just used . I need initial the card to make new set up.

Do you know this is happen only for module # -0AA1 or 0AA2, as old version -0AA0 is no auto identification
you must select module manully when doing set up.

I think you replace memory sub module on the main board V10<---> V07. then your put V10 card back, but your main board not working show you error E-A001

When I change ram V 10.03.03 in controller card 6Sn1118-0NJ1-0AA1 instead of ram V 07.02.06 then I get error EA001 and now I replace ram V 07.02.06 then it still gives error. Please show me how to handle it .Thanks

I have loaded the firmware and it has run.

But my other machine suffered from sudden engine acceleration without control. (No control or command) I could not find a solution.
