             Anyone know how to configure IBA new channel in TDC side as I want to add new signals but its limit is only 32signals in one channel. So I want to create more channel but I dont know how to do it.?

What communication interface at TDC side is used for connection with ibaPDA now? What HW do you have at iba side, and what iba licenses?

      We are using CP card in IBA server PC to communicate to TDC and we have license for 4096 signal but presently we haven't reached this range.

Which bus is used for communication, Profibus DP, Industrial Ethernet or FO?

Which CP is used in TDC? What PC-card is used in iba (iba-FOB-io, iba-FOB-TDC, ibaCOM-L2B or other)? Which communication interface is used in iba (Request-FM458-TDC, Interface-TDC-TCP-UDP or other)?

      I dont know this much of data. Can you tell how can I check these communications?

Could you at least check by what cable are connected iba-PC and TDC?

Run ibaDongleViewer or ibaServer Status and check what interface licenses are available. Run ibaPDA client and look in I/O Manager to check existing configuration with TDC. Or upload your TDC-program here, then I could try to find this in program.

 In IBA PC, FO cable connected in CP1616 card and two LAN is connected. In I/O manager, channel is made from FO communication. Also checked in  TDC side,  SER4A/SER4B used for channel creation.

Hello.

CP1616 does not have FO ports. I think this is ibaFOB-TDC card. There should be at least 2 such cards in iba-PC. You have TDC-Request connection via GDM FO rack coupling.

You need to create one more channel with SER04A/SER04B blocks for required CPU, but with different CPU short name at AT/AR inputs of these blocks (PDAnnCMD, nnPDAACK, nnPDADAT). Look at the manual attached.

 Dear Sir, 

               I have created blocks in TDC side also compiled and downloaded it. But new channel not showing in IBA and i dont know how to do it. If any error occurred then IBA will be stopped. Due to this reason I am trying to resolve my issue here with you sir.
