Dear All,

Presently I'm facing problem on downloading the project from TIA software to the TP900 HMI device. I've a CPU313C-2DP controller & the communication is via Profibus from PLC to HMI. Now the issue standing is that when I'm starting to transfer the backup from my Laptop via Ethernet then the Error is coming "0132:000002", 'Connection Failed-The selected onine target could not be reached'.

Please help me to for transferring the Backup. Please refer to the attachment for Diagnosis

Yes I've set the IP address in the TP900 successfully. When I'm giving PING command, it's working.

Why you didn't get Ethernet connection in configured access nodes in the top of your attachment window??

The normal situation is that you would get all available connection to the HMI as attached pic.

You may have deactivated the Profinet port in HW configuration or you haven't selected the correct HMI panel in TIA ( I'm sure that you have selected the accurate one, but try to add another new panel as you may change the configuration in the past panel and then try to download a program to it ).

Edited : The scroll bar presents when your interfaces are more than 4, then why it's appeared then?
