Internal system error on a S7-416 CPU

dmd Posts: 1 Rating: (0)	Hi, I had a CPU stopped without an apparent cause. The module information says that the CPU had an internal error (see attachment). I did not replace de CPU and its running normally, I would like to know if this happened to anyone before and if I need to replace this CPU. Thanks. Attachment Tela de Diagnóstico.JPG (414 Downloads)

If this CPU just stopped I think it may be some hardware defect (as it said in diagnostic). I can see later that it did memory reset. I suggest to try to reload program to PLC and if you still see diagnostic entry "DEFECTIVE" I think you should contact your local Siemens dealer as it may be defective CPU.
