Hi All We had a PLC crash on 'STOP due to IO Error'. This is now the third time in 3 months this has happened. This PLC installation has been around for 10years. I have attached our report, with illustrations regarding this incident. I would very much appreciate it if you could read it and give me your assessment of this issue and possibly recommendations and/or tell us of your experience with this error.

Attached is the full Diagnostic Buffer. I did not include it as it just shows error accessing IO for a profibus node that is permanently switched-off and hence it just continually floods the buffer. Related to the diagnostics of the CP443 card, it was unreadable as the card was greyed-out and module information was unreachable via HW Config online. AttachmentPS 14 Stop.txt (752 Downloads) |
