Sancruz' link is a good place to start your research on a replacement for your cPUs.

But you must do this with intelligence and judgement. The link proposed is dated 3004, and the 6ES7414-3XJ04-0AB0 successor module has been declared spare part in 2007. A few more models have been proposed as replacement parts since, and the present model suggested as successor module is the 6ES7414-3XM07-0AB0. I have prepared a screenshot showing the evolution of the substitution modules proposed over the years.

Now, a successor module is generally described as one that is so close to the functionalities of the original part number that it can be inserted in the hardware configuration as a direct replacement, without any changes or compilation in the project. I cannot say that after 3 levels of replacement that tI is possible to directly replace the 6ES7414-3XJ-3-0AB0 with the 6ES7414-3XM07-0AB0, too much time has passed and too many new functionalities may have been added since then. Substitution will probably be possible, but not quite as simply as originally proposed. At minimum it will require a new compilation and download of the hardware, which implies renewal of all network parameters and addresses.

I have not done the research on your S7-300 CPU successor, I leave it to you to research. Use the part number of the CPU as a search term in the Search box at the right of this page and the Product Links connection in the results page to find successor modules for your original part number.
