I have a 840D with HMI Advanced, and I came to a problem. My feedrate override switch has an effect on spindle override (both in Gray code). I have:

1.axis X

3.axis Z

4.axis Spindle on ANA card

I call FC19 (M version of mcp) in OB1, also FC 45 is called.

If code is writen in this way both Spindle and Axis feedrate is controled over Feedrate override switch (from 0 to 120%). But if I put R DB34.DBX0.0 (..DBX0.1... ) in Feedrate override code then the Feedrate override switch has impact only over feed, but Spindle override switch goes from 0 to 80% when it should go from 50 to120%.

What could be wrong in the S7 code? in MD 12000 to 12080 is everything ok. Is there any other MD that has to do with override functions? Is there any examples for this?

Whe the Module is defined as Spindel then the Spindel-OVR is Working.
(DBxx.DBB19)

I made jump over the code i wrote in my first post. Now i call just FC19. Both Spindle and Feed OVR are trigered with Feed OVR switch (i'm looking in main machine window)

When I turn Fedd OVR switch then i see Gray-code in all four DB31.DBB0 to DB34.DBB0, when i turn the spindle OVR switch i get Gray-code only in DB34.DBB19 other three are zero. (Spindle OVR switch don't have any influence on Spindle OVR, if I look in main machine window.

What could be wrong?

Where are you looking at the spindle override display? I think the spindle uses the feedrate switch setting for feed moves such as axis mode and orientation. It uses the spindle override switch setting for open loop control mode spindle operation. The switch setting in DB19 should be displayed in the spindle window on the main machine screen.

Maybe is a catch in this, that i selected the Spindle for speed and positioning. Works M19 without positioning option ? Other positionnig i don't need.

Where can i redefine spindle in Speed mode?( I can't remember where theese options were)
