PCS7 cliënts not correct visualized with Maintenance Station

Hello, I have a question about the Maintenance Station package which is used to display the status of PC's (ES/OS), network switches and PLC's on PCS7 via SMTP. The PCS7 system is version 7.1 SP2 (1x ES, a redundant OS and 8 clients). My method to visualize these objects (see also the appendix for more details):
The WinCC tags (SMTP"_...) are properly created in the WinCC Explorer. After the above mentioned actions everything is displayed correctly on the 3 PCS7 diagnostic screens ("PC stations", "Network Objects" and AS objects"), but not for 7 clients, only 1 is good, but I see no differences with the other 7 in terms of configuration. Also a red wrench is shown for the 7 clients and an alarm message: "SNMP device is not answering". The SMTP Windows component is installed on the clients.
