Hello everyone, I have a system with two servers, one main and one redundant, in addition to that I have 1 engineering station and 1 client. Over the weekend I had to delete the folder where the server 1 project is stored and when doing so I got the message shown in the attached document "After changing the target path or after assigning a standby - OS the online modification capability get lost. Additional the OS Needs to be newly compiled, the package for the client are to be updated and entire loading of all assigned OS Server needs to be executed". After having done this, in the client it now appears in the "Server Down" menu and it does not show me alarms, despite the fact that both servers appear synchronized (see 2nd page attached document) On the simatic shell side everything looks fine, the device appears visible, in the computer management section, local user and groups, the main user is part of the SIMATIC HMI group, SIMATIC Management Users, etc. I have tried reassigning the server to the client and re-downloading the files from client 1 to a new shared folder, but no change. Reading on the forum I have found that deleting the DFC file can be beneficial, but has anyone already done it? Is there a workaround or am I failing at something else? I have one last question. Is it normal not to see station configuration installed on clients? AttachmentServer Down In OS Client PCS7.pdf (464 Downloads) |
