Redundant OS Synchonization Status (via system messages)

TO-220 Advanced Member Joined: 1/24/2019 Last visit: 9/5/2025 Posts: 56 Rating: (1)	Hello, I'm looking to get system messages on redundant server synchronization status. Currently the system messages concerning the sync status are active, but I am not getting the messages. By active, I mean that in WinCC Config Studio > AlarmLogging > System Messages, the REDRT messages are all checked "Used". Am I missing something? This is on pcs7 v9.0 sp2 btw. I referenced this post for the suggestion to activate the REDRT messages. Thank you!

I thought maybe a filter was keeping them from showing up, but I checked that. It seems they are not being generated at all. Not sure what could be keeping them from generating... Ima check the db files and see if the messages are there. I'm on v9.0 sp2 btw. *Update: These REDRT messages are in the database files. But nothing I am doing allows me to see these messages in an alarm control...

	"Expert" does not necessarily mean Siemens employee. Please cross-check your requirements always with official Siemens documentation. Also "Experts" are pleased about feedback. Please don't send support requests as PM. Questioners who don't follow up their thread will be put to my list of users to be ignored.
